The council’s options

The council collects up to seven bulky items from the front of your property for £29.50, booked and paid for in advance, and its recycling centres at Briton Ferry and Cymmer need a booked slot. If you can get things out the front and wait for a date, that’s the cheapest way. We’re for when it’s inside or upstairs, it’s more than the council will take, or it needs to go this week.
Sheds and building waste
The council’s bulky collection doesn’t take garden sheds or building waste, and Briton Ferry takes up to three sacks of building waste a week for free. We take down and clear old sheds, and take rubble and renovation waste by the bag.
