The June and July rush

Student leases around here mostly finish in June and July, and a lot of houses need clearing in the same few weeks: mattresses, desks, bags of clothes and kitchen stuff nobody wants to take home. If you manage HMOs in Brynmill or around Uplands Crescent, book those weeks early.
