What we take
- Desks, tables, filing cabinets (emptied) and storage
- Office chairs. Padded chairs may need to go the same way as sofas, and we’ll tell you when we price it
- Shelving, racking and shopfittings, taken down
- Computers, printers, monitors and other electricals
- Cardboard, packaging and general office rubbish
Data and paperwork
Wipe or remove hard drives before we take computers, and use a shredding service for anything confidential. We’re a rubbish removal firm, not a data destruction service, so we won’t pretend otherwise.
Business waste rules in Wales
Since April 2024, workplaces in Wales have had to separate their recycling, and since April 2026 small electricals have to be kept separate too. We keep waste streams apart at the tip, and the waste transfer note records what you handed over. Keep it for at least two years.
Working around you
Tell us your opening hours when you ask for a price. Early starts are usually fine, so the job’s done before customers or staff arrive.
Questions about office and shop clearance
Do you provide a waste transfer note for businesses?
Yes, with every job, along with an invoice to the business.
Can you take down shelving and racking?
Yes. Let us know when you send photos so we allow the time.
Do you wipe computers?
No. Wipe or remove the drives before we collect.
