Plasterboard goes separately
Plasterboard can’t be mixed with general waste at the tip, because gypsum causes problems when it breaks down with other rubbish. Keep it in its own pile or bags if you can, and we’ll tip it separately.
Rubble and soil
Rubble is heavy, so it’s priced by the bag: £5 a bag, up to 40 bags on one visit. For a lot of loose rubble, a skip or a grab lorry is usually better value, and we’ll tell you so rather than take the job.
No asbestos
If you’re stripping out anything from before 2000, such as old floor tiles, textured ceilings, pipe lagging or cement roof sheets, get it tested first. We can’t take asbestos, and nobody should be breaking it up without the right precautions.
For trades
Plasterers, kitchen fitters and small builders use us instead of a skip for jobs where the waste comes out in one go. Same price list, no permit, nothing left on the road, and an invoice for your records.

Do I need a skip permit?
Not with us. Nothing sits on the road; we load and go.
Can you take a whole kitchen?
Yes. A typical kitchen rip-out is around a half load, £210, depending on how much tiling and rubble comes with it.
Do you take bagged rubble?
Yes, at £5 a bag, up to 40 bags a visit.
