How to get a same-day slot
- Send a photo and your postcode. WhatsApp is quickest, or use the price form.
- Get a price and a time. We reply with a fixed price and a window if we can make it today.
- Leave it where we can reach it. If you can’t be in, a drive, front garden or open garage is fine.
When same-day is most likely
Small and medium jobs, when the truck already has space and is working nearby. Full house clearances usually need a day’s notice so we can plan the tip runs. Areas close to the weighbridge, like Morriston, Llansamlet and the city centre, are easier to fit in at short notice than the far end of Gower.
Same prices, no rush fee
We don’t charge extra for same-day. It’s the same price list whether we come today or next week.
Deadline tomorrow?
Moving out, handing back keys or an inspection first thing? Tell us the deadline and we’ll be straight with you about whether we can make it.

What’s the cut-off for same-day?
Message before 11am for the best chance. After that we’ll still try, but it’s more likely to be the next slot we have.
Is same-day more expensive?
No. Same prices whenever we come.
Do you work at weekends?
Saturday mornings. Sundays and bank holidays we’re closed.
