What we clear here

Most city-centre jobs are flats: end-of-tenancy clear-outs for landlords, people moving out of the Marina and SA1 apartment blocks, and student rooms at the end of the academic year. We also clear shops and small offices, usually early, before the shutters go up.

Parking and access

Parking is the tricky part in the city centre. Tell us if there’s a loading bay, a car park under the building or a building manager to speak to, and whether there’s a lift. No lift is fine; we’ll carry it down, it just takes a bit longer.

Swansea Council’s commercial weighbridge is at the Baling Plant on the Swansea Enterprise Park, a short run from town. City-centre loads are tipped the same day, never stored in a yard or left in the truck overnight.
